These are the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS). I have created this very easy to use format so that preschool and daycare teachers in Wisconsin can simply copy and paste the WMELS into their lesson plans. I use this resource for homework. A student is chosen to take home the "stuffed" classroom pet. I printed all pages, and glued them to a spiral notebook. Each student keeps the pet from Friday, until the next Thursday. They are asked to read to their pet, and write in the shared journal about what they did. Behavior Management Tool _ Individual Plan
This is a behavior plan I created for a kiddo who had severe behavior issues. This particular plan was created because the student had a very hard time controlling his anger, he frequently ran from the class, and struggled with completing work.
The plan is broken down into three chunks of the day. The student has four goals to work towards. The student has three opportunities to earn a reward during the day. This helps for severe behavior needs because they feel success throughout the day.
