Book Tasting Menu
This is to be used to expose children to new books (new genres, authors, themes, topics, series.) I usually put picnic tablecloth down on the tables and the students "Taste Books." They love this!! After they do their three tastings- we discuss what they found out as per their menus. Then the children are encouraged to check out one of the books that they "tasted." Book Tasting Etiquette is also included on the cover on the menu. All you have to do is fold the menus in half and provide the books
