This is to be used to expose children to new books (new genres, authors, themes, topics, series.) I usually put picnic tablecloth down on the tables and the students "Taste Books." They love this!! After they do their three tastings- we discuss what they found out as per their menus. Then the children are encouraged to check out one of the books that they "tasted."
