December Reading Log and Behavior Calendar
In my classroom, I use a reading log and behavior calendar in students' take home folders (in the past in Leadership Notebooks). Each day, students are to fill in their behavior calendar with the color they ended on based on my clip chart. At the top, parents are to initial that they read with their student at least 20 minutes. I check these daily for reading logs and that students colored their behavior correctly. Document is Word so that you can change, add, or delete important dates.
