In this quick-and-easy activity, students move through the basic steps of meiosis, using coloring pencils, in order to visualize possible gametes that a dragon could produce. The activity proceeds as follows:1. Students answer pre-activity questions about meiosis2. Students use a chart, and homologous chromosomes to determine the genotype and phenotype of the parent dragon.3. Students draw what the parent looks like4. Students use colored pencils to draw, and track the movement of homologous ch
