The Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) is a shortened version of the Decision Sprint (from Google's Jake Knapp) with the purpose of moving leadership teams (or even individual teachers) from problem to testable solution in 90 minutes. The LDJ was developed by Berlin-based design firm AJ and Smart to help teams get unstuck and start to get things done.
