If you have heard of the 5 parameters of ASL, this is a great and easy was to get students interacting with the actual sign. I did the first list with the class so they can understand how to fill the parameters out. After the first week, I show them the sign, and they fill it out. These lists really help students remember the signs. Instead of asking the teacher, "What is the sign for popcorn?" This map follows more natural approach and will give you an idea of the vocabulary topics taught in each unit with grammar, culture and history notes as well.
