This is the Beginner-Intermediate Mandarin curriculum. Originally used with students from 6th grade to 8th grade, this curriculum can be used for Mandarin learners of all ages and all backgrounds and can be cut down if necessary. In addition, while these lessons were originally squeezed into one term and yielded positive results, it may be more beneficial to take the entire year to teach this material, adding a new lesson every other week rather than every week. This is the initial syllabus for the Beginner-Intermediate Mandarin curriculum. This curriculum can be used for Mandarin learners of all ages and all backgrounds and can be cut down if necessary. Regardless of how much you choose to use, the curriculum is beneficial to students because it covers some of the most common subjects utilized in Mandarin conversation. Enjoy!
