These are the lecture notes for an Introduction to Philosophy course that I've taught at the collegiate level dozens of times. It covers many of the main ethical theories (Utilitarianism, Kant, Divine Command Theory, Egoism), a number of issues in applied ethics (environmental ethics, business ethics, abortion, just war theory, genetic modification), some political philosophy, some philosophy of religion and a handful of other topics.
