Learning About Emotions
Emotions are hard for little ones. They know how they feel at times and at others they do not know how they feel. I created this lesson to help my students identify their emotions and how to manage those emotions in a productive way. Using Mei Mei from Turning Red was also a big help. You can easily use this lesson to help your students understand how they feel and what they can do to express their feelings appropriately.
