I went back to school to get my teaching license kind of late in life, but I'm so glad that I did. And it gave me the chance to teach overseas. I worked at a private school teaching a bilingual class. That's how I got started with TpT. I needed extra resources because the school didn't offer that, so, i started finding worksheets, then I started making my own. I am now working as a teacher in the US and still trying to make good in-class activities for my students.
I like to do a lot of in class work so that I can be there to answer any questions. I also like to have a lot of different ways to approach the information. I like to make the classroom fun but educational.
In Taiwan my class won the award for Taipei Kids. This is a competition between all schools in Taipei, some are bilingual and some are not. Our school had never won before, but the year I took my students we cam in first over all the schools in Taipei. That was a proud moment for me and my kiddos!!
