MY TEACHING STYLE

My goal is to provide relevant teaching materials that teach about modern Native Americans in addition to historical lessons. I strive to create tribal specific lessons that bridge history with contemporary issues in my classroom. I focus on Native American artists, authors and leaders in all areas. I hope you find useful lessons to bring a modern perspective of Indigenous America to your students.
