TEACHING EXPERIENCE

With over 4 years of experience as a geography educator, I have had the privilege of guiding students on a captivating journey through the wonders of our planet. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a deep understanding of geographical concepts and developed a comprehensive curriculum that integrates both foundational knowledge and contemporary issues. I have designed and implemented engaging lessons, utilizing a variety of instructional strategies, multimedia resources, and field experiences to bring geography to life in the classroom. My experience also includes fostering global perspectives, promoting cultural appreciation, and encouraging environmental stewardship. I am committed to nurturing students' geographical literacy, critical thinking skills, and a lifelong curiosity about the world we inhabit.

In my geography classroom, I strive to create an engaging and interactive learning environment where students can truly connect with the world around them. By integrating real-world examples, hands-on activities, and technology, I aim to make geography come alive and foster a deep appreciation for our diverse planet. MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I hold a 2:1 Geography Ba(Hons) degree from Oxford Brookes University and completed my PGCE at Reading University. My comprehensive education in geography has equipped me with a solid understanding of physical and human geography. Through fieldwork, research projects, and active participation in geography-related events, I have honed my skills and stayed abreast of the latest developments in the field. I am passionate about inspiring students and fostering a deep appreciation for our world through engaging and relevant teaching methods.
