She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education. She has worked as a Kindergarten teacher and an Elementary School teacher for the last twenty years. She has implemented programs and classes in Spain, UK and US (California, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina). She engaged her passion about multicultural education working as a Dual Language teacher and managing International and Bilingual Programs at the School District of Málaga.

The author has received several awards in the US and Spain for developing projects about bilingualism, innovation and global education. She was nominated as “Palm Beach County Hispanic Teacher of the Year” in Florida in 2016 and as “Mix 96.5. Teacher of the Month” in Asheville, North Carolina in 2020. She was also awarded as "3rd Best Teacher of Spain" in 2017 and she received the 1st prize in Spain by the Ministry of Education for developing innovative educational projects.

She has participated as a speaker in world conferences, universities and seminars and as a storyteller in libraries. Furthermore, she has written various articles in educational magazines. She has loved books from a young age. As a child, she always found herself painting, reading and writing stories. Her experience teaching students from different backgrounds has inspired her to write about multicultural children's stories. She hopes her books encourage kids all over the world to be kind to others and to love nature.
