12 years higher education experience teaching, learning, designing, creating and editing content for all higher education classes I have taught specific to the 3 distinct course topics in the political science and government field. MY TEACHING STYLE

Diversified and multidimensional designed to developed a student centered learning environment. Utilized diversified methods of instructional delivery, to effectively communicate information and content to students from all learning styles. Establish a personalized learning environment through continual innovation of teaching methods, class assignments, hands-on activities, and simulations that reflect the diversity in learning.styles for each of my classes Utilize flipped classroom techniques and objectives in teaching and creating original content. Optimization of original course content and materials through a streamlined approach in development and design of 3 distinct courses, allowing the exact same information to be delivered in any instructional mode or course length. Streamlined organization, Assignments and content materials have universal application and integration into any teaching environment without compromising integrity or rigor of coursework. Diversified design and creation of each course's original content promotes student engagement for each student's personal learning needs. Information presented to students in diversified formats optimal to student's individual learning style and preferences. Formats include individual and combination of information. Learning experience optimization delivered to students for individual or combination learning styles and preferences, categorized according to each kinesthic, multimodal, auditory, read/write, visual that provides purposeful relevance with real life application of material topics.
