TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught for 15 years. I taught first grade for 6 years and have been in kindergarten for 9 year. I can honestly say that kindergarten is the BEST!!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe children learn best through a hands on approach. Literacy and math centers should not be busy work but a fun, engaging way for children to practice skills. Learning should be fun!!! I am also a huge believer in Whole Brain Teaching. It is a powerful teaching method that will transform your classroom.
