TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for 10 years. For seven years I taught in a large city and my classrooms were full of the most wonderful students. Almost all of them qualified for ELL services and/or free and reduced lunch. Currently, I am a math specialist in the small town where I grew up. Again, my schools are filled with the most wonderful students! Isn't it amazing that no matter where you go, the children are great? I have been blessed in all of my teaching endeavors and wouldn't trade any of my experiences for the world!

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is hands-on and we do lots of movement. In my classroom you will see students interacting with each other and with technology. Also, I use humor a lot to engage my students.

Graduated with honors in both my undergrad and grad programs. I am in progress of getting my administration license.
