Grant Proposal STEAM Institute/Club

This grant proposal was awarded to create a STEAM Institute at my elementary school, however this proposal writing is sophisticated enough to be useful for middle school and high school programs as well. My hope is that this exemplar may be useful to you as you develop your own informal program that will benefit the students of your school and of your community. Please feel free to use the language of this grant as needed or the general framework to support your argument to the grant decision-makers of where you are submitting a proposal. The STEAM Institute of my school targets gifted/high ability youth, and so you may wish to target a different population of students and make those modifications. We also partnered with a local university’s elementary education teacher preparation program to provide great learning experiences for pre-service teachers. This grant was awarded $4,350.
