This was developed to assist special educators in meeting due process compliance. It includes examples and explanation of due process procedures to ensure due process compliance. It covers IEPs (present level of performance, goals & objectives, services, etc.), evaluations, staff roles and responsibilities, ESY, and prior written notice of consent forms. Much of it is based on Minnesota law but could easily be adapted to other states.
