Career Day Parent Letter and Student Accountability Write Up
This is a 4 page document that I used in my 3rd, 4th and 5th grade class to get parents into the classroom to discuss their jobs. This was an important part of our units in 4th and 5th grades as students begin to think about what they want to be when they grow up. In the school I taught in, we used the Big Idea concepts, and related this to maturity, as you will notice in the parent letter. Feel free to modify either of these documents as you feel fit.

FCCLA (or other CTSO) Student Leadership Plan (Program of Work)
I use this with my students for the Georgia standard that says students will complete a personal leadership plan. I have typed this up according to the GA program of work. I print it front and back and the students use a highlighter to select the activities they want to do for the year. This allows us to plan and organize our year much easier from the start. I left it in Word so you can customize it, but if you prefer it in a pdf I can convert it for you.
