Responsibility is an important value. Instilling this value in students is necessary for time management, intrinsic motivation, prioritization, and good work ethic. This is my favorite activity to do with students. You'll need a clear jar or vase, small pebbles, and large rocks, along with this lesson plan. The visual is very impactful.
