MY TEACHING STYLE

I make high-quality resources that are standards-based and engaging to all learners. I value rigorous lessons with a collaborative model. All my lessons are created with the belief that not only do students need to read and write every day--they need to know that we, their teachers, believe in them. I have been an educator for 34 years, and I'm still going strong. After teaching for 29 years, I recently became an administrator. I currently serve as assistant principal to a high school in Southern California. While I am no longer delivering instruction on a daily basis, I continue to care deeply about curriculum and instruction.
