TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 26 years experience in teaching, 25 of those as a special educator. I have taught at most all levels from preschool to high school. For the past three years I taught a Structured Learning Classroom, a self-contained classroom for autistic students ages 3 to 10 . I have mentored beginning teachers and conducted district level trainings regarding special education issues. I have written a variety of grant proposals for school districts, including the Reading First federal grant.
