By The Turtle Dove Classroom TEACHING EXPERIENCE I started teaching in 2010 and have a Master's degree in Education and Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Special Education. While a majority of my teaching experience took place in middle school grades. I also have experience teaching 3rd and 4th grade as a RTi intervention teacher. During my time as a support teacher, I was able to enhance my skills in teaching standards to struggling students. My passion is in developing classroom resources that will enhance student learning and engagement. My mission is to give teachers the tools to create a classroom environment where students are able to thrive and grow as learners. Every class is different and every day is different. However, the promotion of a love of learning in all curriculum areas is so important. So, above all, it is imperative to find ways to motivate students, by creating activities that will entice students to learn.
