TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching Agricultural Science classes for the past 10 years. I have taught science classes that have included General Science, Beginning Ag Science, Ag Biology, Botany, Greenhouse Management, Animal Science, Food Science, Environmental Science, Natural Resource, and Forestry. I have also taught Wood Shop and Metal Shop. I am also the FFA Advisor at my high school.

MY TEACHING STYLE

As a Career and Technical Educator, I am a huge fan of applied learning. Student should be lead down the path of learning, but they should be able to explore to get to the answers. They also need to be able to share and help each other, peer interaction is a great way for student to take ownership in their learning.
