I have a fun but engaging teaching style, and I love seeing students happy and involved with learning.

I was super-stoked to be asked back to a previous school to do the graduation speech when my favourite bunch of Year 10s got through to the end :) Amazing to see them as adults going off to make a life.. I also now teach at a small university helping to prepare the English teachers for their future teaching challenges :) Such a great experience and grateful to be asked to do it.

I studied at Edith Cowan Uni in Perth, Australia before working in schools in Perth, Melbourne and New Zealand. My mobile teaching experience has taught me what's truly important in the classroom: a love of learning, a sense of humour, and endless patience in teaching teens the core business of understanding their world.. not the easiest challenge!

I am an Australian who grew up in the Aussie outback. I married a Kiwi and we have lived in NZ and now Australia. I now have 2 little tackers who keep me busy most of the time :) I am happy to hear from you if you have feedback on my resources - particularly if you find a typo or issue somewhere - I am VERY happy to rectify that and do wish to only offer perfect resources, so I appreciate you taking the time to bring things to my attention.
