By Raising Little Lions I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has worked with children ages 0-10 years. I tend to work with IEP or 504 students who have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, ODD, trauma, or simply lack the self-regulation skills needed to be successful in the classroom. I have worked directly with these students to reshape their behavior but have found the most success working with the teacher and classroom team to implement class-wide interventions, individual student interventions and more!
I prefer a strengths-based approach that celebrates the child and their team rather than focusing on the negative or their skill/learning deficits.
