I am a veteran secondary Spanish teacher in Wisconsin as well as an elementary curriculum designer/coordinator.
I advocate for a student-centered classroom infusing COMPREHENSIBLE INPUT strategies to maximize second language acquisition. I also believe in integrating a plethora of authentic resources and real world and cultural experiences in my world language classroom. I am passionate about optimizing learning through progressive questioning (content-based / cultural / personalized) at every educational level. Because the BRAIN cannot resist a question!
