Outstanding Resources has grown massively over the last few years and now has several dedicated staff. We aim to use our experience as Outstanding Practitioners to support other teachers in their classrooms. We aim to produce only the most professional resources both in terms of appearance and practical use.
Learning should be as enjoyable, stimulating and inspiring as possible. This means lots of different activities and styles, differentiated tasks to enable challenge for ALL pupils. There is also no substitute for simple hard work and so we also provide lots of supplementary resources. Outstanding Resources aim is to produce resources and products that reflect this philosophy.
The best award was not degrees (even though we are all highly qualifitied) or teaching qualifications, but rather the best teacher award is praise by the students. It is the year on year over achievement of our students that validates what we do as teachers and sellers.
All teachers at Oustanding Resources still work in the classroom and regularly get observed as outstanding. We all have experience training others in teaching. We want to pass on that experience with our Oustanding Resouces.
