I am in my 12th Year of teaching Social Studies. I teach at Perkins High School in Sandusky, Ohio. Perkins High School is an Apple 1 to 1 school and STEM school located in Northwest Ohio. I have taught three years of Dual Enrollment courses as a college adjunct professor for the University of Findlay. I also serve as the project manager for our freshmen team, which includes creating grade-level wide cross-curricular projects. I teach blended learning courses and am trained by Quality Matters to teach online.

I received my bachelor's from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1999 and my master's from Ashland University in 2004.
I am married with three children. I coach football, basketball and serve as the Social Studies Department chair.
