TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught for 18 years, in every grade, in virtually every subject. I am in my 5th year of teaching elementary; the other years, I taught middle school and high school. I have also taught and created original curriculum for homeschool / homebound instruction. I am certified to teach Special Education (K-12), English Language Arts (9-12), and Social Science (9-12).

MY TEACHING STYLE

Hands-On Learning. I use a lot of manipulatives and visuals.

I have been designated a "Highly Qualified" Teacher by the State of Missouri. I have been named Teacher of the Month, twice. And I was also named Substitute Teacher of the Month by Kelly Educational Services.
