After my college graduation, I moved to Brussels, Belgium to pursue my dream job teaching internationally, where I worked as a PreK teacher. I moved back to Frisco, Texas, where I'm currently teaching my second year as a Kindergarten teacher.
My teaching includes hands on learning and a lot of student interactions. Whoever is doing the talking is doing the learning!

I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013 with a degree in Early Childhood Education, I observed and worked in the Early Childhood Center. I student taught in a 1st grade classroom for 4 weeks and in 2nd grade for 5 months (one spring semester).
I was Vice President- Community Service of my sorority, Kappa Delta,at Texas Tech University. I served over 100+ community service hours with the Girl Scouts Program and the Children's Advocacy Center of the South Plains. When living and teaching abroad in Brussels, Belgium, I have traveled to 17 different countries. I believe that working at the International School of Brussels has helped me become the professional teacher I am today. I have seen many educational systems, techniques, and strategies that I still implement in my classroom daily!
