I have been working in education for the past nine years! While I was working on obtaining my degrees I worked full time as an instructional assistant in a middle school. During my time as an instructional assistant I worked closely with several special educators to help create a curriculum for the students on their caseload. A majority of the time I would implement the curriculum, along with help teach life skills. Once I graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology, I moved from being a instructional assistant to being a Lead Teacher in an infant/toddler room in an Early Childhood Center. I have continued to work in the Early Childhood field as both a Lead Teacher with infant/toddler ages and as a Licensed Preschool Teacher.
