TEACHING EXPERIENCE

It has been an honor to be in the classroom and serving my community through curriculum writing for over 20 years. I enjoy creating quality activities and watching them come to life in a classroom full of learners.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My priority is to incorporate opportunities for my students to know their thinking is valued and their voices are heard. Active and involved students are learning students.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

The greatest rewards come from my students- the big moments like invitations to National Honors Society induction ceremonies and graduation parties and every day when I get to witness the light bulb moments and little achievements. Inspiring students to be life-long learners and active, informed citizens is my passion.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
