TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught at my Middle School for 20 years. I am so very proud to be a part of my school community and to share that community with our kids!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love how history tells a story. After reading from textbooks and primary sources, taking notes and communicating through the written word, my students will often be asked to illustrate what they learned. We create illustrated timelines, posters, political cartoons, flip books, travel brochures -- you name, we make it!
