I've been an educator since 2009 where I taught reading intervention groups since I was a mid-year hire. That fall, I began teaching in a 4th grade classroom and I loved the age group and curriculum so much I remained a fourth grade teacher for ten years. For the 2020-2021 school year, I'm transitioning into the role of ELL instructional coach and am so excited!!!
You gotta do what you love! I am a lover of food, music, technology, movies/pop culture, and kids - so I am always trying to integrate what I love into the classroom. :) As a teacher, I am always embedding ELL strategies within my instruction and love finding and using new methods to keep learning fun and exciting. Some of my favorite technology tools include Google Classroom, Screencastify, Flocabulary and Kahoot!

I opened my store and started my journey as a TPT teacher-author during the summer of 2012. Personally, I am so thankful for the opportunities TPT has provided me over the years. Best of all, I am grateful for all the educators I can support and connect with because of this amazing platform. Thank you!!
