Hi there! My name is Pat and I am a lifelong lover of aquatic life and science. I grew up on a trout farm in Tennessee, where I spent most of my days exploring the creeks and streams that flowed through our property. From an early age, I was captivated by the beauty and complexity of the underwater world, and I knew that I wanted to spend my life learning more about it. Today, I am lucky enough to call Hawaii home. I live on the Big Island with my wife and son, and I am constantly amazed by the stunning beauty and biodiversity of this unique place. Whether I'm snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific or hiking through the lush rainforests, I feel constantly inspired and energized by the natural world around me. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for aquatic life with others, and I hope to inspire others to appreciate and protect these precious resources for generations to come.
