Dr. Erica Rena Allen is the owner and founder of Educational and Employability Empowerment. She has worked for Job Corps as an Advanced Training Coordinator and then a Career Development Specialist. Dr. Allen currently serves as a Professional School Counselor in a Public School Setting. as well as an Online Tutor. In addition, she is an experienced educator. Dr. Allen has more than 20 years of experience tutoring and teaching Math and Social Science from Elementary through College. In addition, she has extensive experience assisting adults with all forms of educator and counseling credentialing, including NCE, GACE, CSET, MTTC, and Praxis (to name a few).

Dr. Allen believes in embedding practical examples to help students understand the application of concepts in real-world settings.
