My hands are always full as an elementary school counselor and mom of three, and I'm also a curriculum writer and children's book author. My idea of self-care is conversations with friends over coffee, writing, and running. I love setting goals and working toward them, and the Disney Marathon in 2014 and the Shamrock Marathon in 2014 were my two favorites!
