TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a Mentor Teacher at a T.A.P. School in Phoenix, Arizona and teach 7th grade science in our International Baccalaureate Program. In my district, I received a Teacher of the Year Award in the 2010-2011 school year and have served on the following committees at my school: Campus Improvement Team, Science Action Team, Advanced Education Team, S.T.E.M. Night Planning Team. I am the M.E.S.A. (Mathematics, Engineering, and Science Achievement) Club Advisor at my school, which is a club that supports STEM activities and enrichments for young girls and minorities.
