I have over 15 years experience teaching middle school science. I have taught sixth, seventh, and eighth grade. My curriculum has included life science, earth science, physical science, technology, and engineering.
I want my students to love science as much as I do, so I work hard to plan as many hands-on activities and labs that I can. Educational games are hard to find for students this age, so I lot of my time and creative energy has gone into this area.
Does almost getting voted into the student yearbook at "Most Organized" count? lol
I have my Masters in Education with a concentration in General Science plus 62 credits beyond that!
As you can tell from my store name, I LOVE adventure! When I'm not teaching, I'm either traveling, skiing, scuba diving, ballroom dancing, cooking, or spending time with my two dogs! Follow Me on Facebook!
