These two documents follow the Reader's Workshop Model for Conferring Notes. One works for Reader's Workshop and one works for Writer's Workshop. The F, NF and SS stand for Fiction, Non-Fiction and Self-Select. The files are available in both PDF and powerpoint if you would like to make changes.
