ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am a teacher and aspiring nutritionist living in Manhattan with my husband and our adorable chocolate lab, Kensie. My two professional passions are aimed at bettering the way we teach in the classroom and improving the quality of food and nutrition we feed our children. When I'm not busy in the classroom or designing new plans, you can probably find me sipping coffee at a local shop (shoot me a message if you are ever in NYC!) or running the pup along side Central Park.
