This ULTIMATE Social Skills Boom Cards™ deck contains tons of opportunities to target pragmatics or social language. It uses real pictures for better understanding and generalization in real life scenarios. The 15 real pictures are segmented into three areas: scenarios at home, school, and with friends.

Upon clicking the real pictures, it has five tabs on top to target different social and critical thinking skill.

1. Real Photos for Social Inferencing and Reasoning

It has the following guide questions:

a. Describe the picture

b. Why is this happening?

c. What are the clues that pointed you to it.

2. Emotions - It has open ended boxes to type in the answers for the following questions:

a. How is this person feeling?

b. Why is the person feeling this way?

c. What would you do when you are feeling this way?

3. Perspective Taking - It has two ways of answering:

a. Open Ended which requires manual grading from the therapist

b. Multiple Choice in field of three. It is covered and can be revealed when you drag away the cover.

4. Problem Solving - It has three open ended questions where the child can type in their answers for the following questions:

a. What is the problem?

b. What are the possible ways to solve the problem?

c. (If possible) how can you prevent the problem?

5. Conversation Skill

a. Read the conversation inside the two speech bubbles

b. Determine if the conversation is on or off topic.

c. If it is on-topic, provide an on-topic remark to maintain the conversation. If it is off-topic, provide an on-topic remark
