Description

17 editable spelling worksheet set for modified weekly tests, practice in language arts centers, or homework that are perfect for special education inclusion and resource room teachers.

The English language is tricky and many of the rules we teach children are a general guideline for spelling, not a solid rule they can follow. This can be confusing, particularly to whole language learners or children with special needs.

Use these alternative methods to modify the spelling lists in the general education classroom and use as needed for multiple grade levels.

The different printable pages help students with IEPs with spelling mastery as each page provides a different way to learn the target words in a meaningful way. Have your student or students work on the sheets and note which way they seem to learn best.

Are you a teacher responsible for recording student observation behaviors for IEPs and 504s? Click here for your FREE checklist and summary template to speed up your paperwork!

Available in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

The list of editable spelling worksheet pages includes

The activities are great for small group or individual practice. I have turned several of the activities into laminated file folders and use them during individual work practice. These are also excellent to send home for spelling practice if for at home completion and can also be useful for students and families to use during distance learning or e-learning days to motivate and reinforce learning. #DistancelearningTPT
