What educators are saying

Are in charge of a science bulletin board? This is a great way to decorate it for the entire school year. Students enjoyed checking it out and often commented on events.
I use the calendar to start each class. I read the event and have students do a Google search on the person or event. Many of them do not know much about the person or event. It builds my students background knowledge and skills in finding out about things they do not know.

Description

These science calendars are so much fun! You can use these calendars to inform your students of famous dates and events in science history as well as the birth and death dates of famous scientists. I use these as a bulletin board display outside my classroom. My students always look forward to “the science event of the day.”

Feedback on this resource proves that purchasers have really enjoyed the science "fun-fact" calendars. They are great for a bulletin board or wall display. They look best when printed in color, but are perfectly fine if printed in black/white.
