School Nurse's Office Signs and Posters | Mental Health

More and more of our students are affected by mental health problems, like anxiety and depression, this day and age. I designed these mental health posters at the request of a school nurse. She told me that everyday she encounters K-12 students experiencing difficulty managing their emotions that just want to have a safe person to talk to. She wanted something to display that would encourage her students to evaluate their own thoughts and emotions, feel safe talking about those thoughts and emotions, and make a plan for dealing with them in a productive way. We collaborated to create these posters to help students experiencing anxiety and difficult emotions during the school day.

How to use:

Nurses and classroom teachers can display these posters in their offices or classrooms in a special place for students to sit and read while regulating their thoughts and emotions. Just print these posters using regular 8.5 by 11 inches copy paper with a color printer, laminate them for longer use, and stick them any place you like using hot glue or velcro!
