Psychology My 20 favorite/hated words Language
- PDF
Description
These are not hard-core AP activities. They are just activities to help the students think a bit more about language. Hopefully the students will get a kick out of the assignment and maybe they will not take language for granted quite so much.
I might use these with my Psych 1 classes as something that is just a bit fun. You might duplicate these front to back and let the kids choose whether they focus on favorite or hated words. I suppose they could be used with Language or English classes equally well.
I got the idea for this assignment from Dr. Pickover’s book Sex, Drugs, Einstein and Elves.
2/9/23 Update: noticed I was getting some great reviews. Added favorite nouns, verbs and adjectives,…why not! I did not update the sample file
