Description

Poetry Terms Test or Quiz with self-grading Easel Assessment. A short multiple choice formative assessment; a twenty-question multiple choice test on poetry concepts. Use as a formative assessment to quickly assess student knowledge of poetry terms. The questions test sound devices such as alliteration, onomatopoeia, and rhyme; structure such as meter, rhyme scheme, rhyme, and rhythm; figurative language such as simile, metaphor, hyperbole, and personification; and form such as limerick, haiku, narrative, and concrete poetry. Easy to grade answer key included. For differentiation, just give the first ten questions of the test which is complete in itself. Can also be used as a quiz.
