These brain break slides are an easy way to promote math fact fluency AND get your students out of their seats! Use this during transitions, indoor recess, during a lesson when students need a break, or even in the morning to get your students energized!
How to use this in your classroom:
- Display the brain break presentation as a slideshow. I like to play upbeat (kid-friendly) music during the activity as well!
- When each math fact pops up, students should answer it together.
- Click to the next slide, where it will tell students the answer, as well as an exercise to complete.
- Keep going until the end! There are 8 exercises in each brain break.
