This was a great resource for Mother's Day! The Moms in my class loved them and also got a good laugh from their answers.
This resource was used for a mothers day project. I like that it has a place for the students to draw a picture of their mother or mother figure.
Description
Students will fill in the questionaire and draw a picture of their mother for Mother's Day. In my class, I have saved these for our Mother's Day Tea and fold it in half so the kids and mom's can only see the picture. I then read what the children have filled out and we guess who's mom it is. Something sweet for the mom's to keep!
